Prescient Edge is seeking a SOF Logistics SME to support a federal government client. As a SOF Logistics SME, you will: - Develop scenario-based logistics training suited to evaluate the integration of logistics into a larger exercise in a SOF environment. Provides exercise design and scenario development to manage all facets of the exercise life cycle and write/adjust scenario scripting as required to provide a dynamic exercise for training. Incorporates multinational and austere-environment considerations in scenario development and evaluation. Supports as liaison between exercise planning team and appropriate staff sections within various MARFORSOC staff sections. Supports exercise planning team with appropriate briefs relating to current SOF Logistics TTPs, direct support methodology, and inter-service logistics coordination. Supports fielding requests for support (RFS) and processing Air Support Requests (ASR). Coordinates with the MARFORSOC contracting office. Assists MRSG T-Cell Logistics SME (MDLOC) in the Multi-Discipline Logistics Operations Course (MDLOC), with course curriculum and requirements (equipment/ personnel), periods of instruction (POI), and training schedules. Assists in external coordination with units and training outside of MARFORSOC. Job Requirements Requirements: * 10 years SOF logistics experience (recent experience within past five years) in a Special Mission Unit (SMU); U.S. Army Special Forces; Navy SEALs; MARFORSOC. * 3 years' experience providing logistics planning support for SOCOM exercises including requesting logistics support through the Air Support Requests (ASR) and requests for support (RFS) processes and strategic mobility planning, and embarkation. * 5 years' experience using logistics-based programs. (TAMIS, ICODES, SSDM, SMS, IBC, Tracker Light). * Minimum of one SOF deployment coordinating U.S., coalition, and host nation resources for movement of SOF personnel and equipment. * Familiarity with contracting process.
