Job description

Position Title: Program Manager (Logistics-Focused)

Position Summary:
Lean Synergy Solutions is seeking a Program Manager to lead and execute a high-visibility Task Order supporting complex government operations. This role serves as the primary point of contact to the Government and is responsible for full lifecycle program execution, including technical delivery, personnel leadership, and contract compliance. The Program Manager will oversee globally distributed teams and ensure alignment between mission objectives, logistics operations, and organizational performance. This position requires a disciplined leader with a strong background in DoD environments, capable of managing large-scale, logistics-driven programs across CONUS and OCONUS locations.

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary interface between the Government and contractor organization for all Task Order-related activities.
  • Provide overall leadership, direction, and supervision to contractor personnel, including the Deputy Program Manager, Lead Logistician, and supporting teams.
  • Assign and manage technical and operational tasks to ensure alignment with program objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Maintain full accountability for Task Order performance, including technical execution, contract compliance, business operations, and resource allocation.
  • Exercise decision-making authority on all programmatic, contractual, and personnel matters. Identify, assess, and communicate risks to the Government, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Ensure continuity and performance of key personnel throughout the life of the Task Order.
  • Coordinate operations across Headquarters and geographically dispersed CONUS and OCONUS locations, including required travel.
  • Build and sustain strong professional relationships with Government stakeholders and mission partners.
  • Oversee logistics planning and execution, ensuring efficient movement, sustainment, and support of personnel, equipment, and resources across multiple operational environments.
  • Drive integration of logistics operations with program objectives, ensuring readiness, responsiveness, and mission success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess and maintain an active Top Secret (TS) security clearance with eligibility for SCI. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex programs of similar size, scope, and complexity within the Department of Defense or comparable environments.
  • Experience operating within US INDOPACOM or related commands and partner Pacific nations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage geographically dispersed teams and multi-site operations. Experience overseeing logistics operations, including supply chain coordination, transportation planning, and sustainment activities in dynamic environments.
  • Ability to align logistics execution with program performance, cost control, and mission timelines.
  • Experience managing resource allocation across multiple operational theaters.

Location & Clearance Requirements:

  • Honolulu Hawaii; travel required.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility required.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $175,000 - $200,000
