Job description

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join the Executive Recruiting team. In this highly visible role, you will partner with Lead Executive Recruiters to deliver a seamless executive hiring experience. You will coordinate complex interview logistics, manage sensitive and confidential information, and serve as a trusted resource for candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners. This position plays a critical role in supporting executive search activities and ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruiting process.

In this role, you will:
  • Partner with Lead Executive Recruiters to coordinate executive hiring activities and interview processes while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

  • Serve as an operational and administrative resource throughout the executive recruiting lifecycle.

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners, ensuring a high-touch candidate and stakeholder experience.

  • Execute and support key Talent Acquisition processes, including interview scheduling, compliance requirements, offer support, relocation coordination, immigration assistance, and CRM activities.

  • Provide guidance and subject matter expertise on executive recruiting processes, policies, and procedures to team members and business partners.

  • Identify and resolve complex scheduling and operational challenges while ensuring a seamless recruiting experience.

  • Collaborate effectively across Talent Acquisition and business teams to support recruiting priorities and operational objectives.

  • Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail while managing multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Recruiting coordination or administration experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting senior executives (SVP level and above) in a recruiting, coordination, or administrative capacity.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-profile priorities and competing deadlines.

  • Experience supporting professional-level recruitment processes and/or compensation-related programs.

  • Proven ability to coordinate complex domestic and international meetings and interview logistics.

  • Experience working within a large, highly matrixed Fortune 100 organization.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Ability to build effective partnerships and collaborate across all levels of the organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly accountable with a strong customer-service mindset.

  • Collaborative team player with a commitment to operational excellence.

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.
