Position Summary:

The Warehouse Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations within the solar panel manufacturing facility by coordinating warehouse activities, assisting team members, and ensuring efficient material flow, inventory accuracy, and timely shipping and receiving operations. This role serves as a liaison between warehouse personnel and supervisors while promoting safety, productivity, and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, material movement, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate workflow and assign tasks to warehouse employees to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory handling and material movement to support uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and system transactions.
  • Ensure proper organization, labeling, and storage of materials within the warehouse.
  • Support inbound and outbound shipment processes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Assist in operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Train and coach warehouse employees on procedures, safety practices, and operational standards.
  • Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations, safety procedures, and PPE requirements.
  • Report inventory discrepancies, damaged materials, or operational issues to supervisors.
  • Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization according to company standards.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse efficiency and inventory control.

Qualifications:Education:

Experience:
