Join our fast-paced logistics team and play a key role in keeping delivery operations running smoothly across the country. 


Meyer is a growing, family-owned and operated company where you are more than an employee number, you're family!  The Logistics Route Specialist works closely with our professional delivery drivers nationwide, serving as the primary liaison between drivers, sales associates, and customers across the United States. This role is responsible for performing daily route audits to ensure drivers are following established route structures and recommending route improvements to management when needed. 



Pay & Schedule:

  • $21.00 per hour
  • Monday - Friday
  • 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (End time is consistent most days but may vary based on workload and coverage needs.) 
  • Required Weekends 2-3 hours

Duties include but are not limited to: 

  • Communicate with drivers, sales associates, and customers across the United States to ensure seamless product delivery. 
  • Perform daily route audits to verify drivers are following the most efficient and approved route structures. 
  • Recommend route improvements and operational changes to the management team. 
  • Maintain professionalism in all communications via phone, email, and other channels. 
  • Work collaboratively with team members and departments to support daily operations. 
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset on all assignments. 
  • Coordinate work efforts with other employees and departments as needed. 
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


Requirements: 

  • Previous experience in route management, logistics coordination, or route mapping. 
  • Strong communication skills via phone, email, and other professional channels. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. 
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and software applications. 
  • Strong computer skills, including data entry and system navigation. 
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions and information accurately.
