ATI is seeking to hire an Inside Sales Specialist to support our Specialty Rolled Products business unit. This position will be based in Natrona Heights, PA.

Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, proactive communication, and the ability to learn ATI's products, processes, and commercial structures quickly. The Inside Sales Specialist will work cross-functionally with Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Technical, and Operations teams to ensure contract compliance, on-time delivery, and high customer satisfaction.

Job Duties

  • Support contract administration and ensure adherence to commercial terms and conditions
  • Prepare and submit quotations in alignment with pricing strategy
  • Track orders from entry through shipment and communicate status updates to customers
  • Assist with sales forecasting and report weekly/monthly sales activity
  • Maintain and strengthen customer relationships through consistent engagement
  • Coordinate internally with Technical, Planning, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues
  • Monitor delivery performance and proactively address risks
  • Support resolution of quality, logistics, and invoicing inquiries
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction within assigned energy accounts

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous professional experience in a customer servicing role OR;
    • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, supply chain, or related discipline
