We are searching for a Direct Hire Operations Manager in Valencia, PA.Position Summary

The Operations Manager oversees daily manufacturing operations to ensure production, quality, safety, and cost objectives are met. This role leads production, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage manufacturing operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements.

  • Monitor KPIs related to productivity, quality, safety, efficiency, and cost performance.

  • Oversee production planning, scheduling, and resource utilization to maximize throughput and minimize downtime.

  • Partner with supply chain and inventory teams to maintain smooth production flow.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety standards, including OSHA requirements.

  • Lead efforts to reduce waste, defects, and operational inefficiencies through Lean and continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Develop, coach, and evaluate supervisors and department leaders while promoting employee engagement and teamwork.

  • Manage departmental budgets, control operating costs, and support capital investment planning.

  • Lead cross-functional projects to improve productivity, quality, and profitability.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of manufacturing leadership experience.

  • Experience managing production operations and leading teams in a manufacturing environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, quality systems, and safety regulations.
