Center Township, PA

Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

We are seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE to join our team at our corporate headquarters located at 400 Ardex Park Drive, Center Township, PA 15001.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Process customer orders and assist with invoicing
  • Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Finance teams
  • Help track shipments and resolve delivery questions
  • Support relationships with our customers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America
