Job description

We are seeking students who are passionate about logistics to join our 2026 Summer Internship Program. The 2026 Summer Internship Program is a part time, 12 week long opportunity that will provide the intern with professional work experience, mentorship, and exposure to operations for MSC USA. In addition to the hands-on work assignments and projects, the intern will also increase their knowledge in shipping and logistics operations for a global organization.

The Baltimore office is located at 401 E. Pratt St, Baltimore MD 21202, and this role will be fully in-office.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to various departments by performing administrative related tasks as needed
  • Prepare and review various documents and reports 
  • Enter data efficiently and effectively 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
  • Maintains good customer relationships with new and existing clients/vendors
