In this role, you'll plan, execute, and enhance guest relations during Griffins and Rise games at Van Andel Arena. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide remarkable customer service to enhance the fan experience
• Proactively assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have
• Understand and enforce all Griffins, Rise, and Van Andel Arena policies and procedures
• Provide guests with accurate directions to and from arena locations, such as seating areas and restrooms
• Be attentive to guests' needs and have full knowledge of all policies, services, and facility locations
• Report any incidents to the supervisor

Skills & Abilities

• Excellent customer service skills are required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• The ability to project an approachable, professional attitude at all times is necessary
• The ability to walk up and down stairs and stand in one place for long periods is required

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college-level student
• Some prior customer service experience and event planning experience preferred
• Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays as required
