Job description

Logistics & Showroom Coordinator

We're seeking a full-time Logistics & Showroom Coordinator to join our team. Seeking someone who thrives behind the scenes, keeping our showroom running like a well-oiled machine while playing a key role in the client and PR experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a dynamic fashion showroom environment, reporting directly to the PR Director and working in tandem with our Influencer, VIP team, and interns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Track and update inventory using Launchmetrics, maintaining clear and accurate records.
  • Oversee back-stocking, replenishing and organizing showroom samples to maintain a showroom
  • Coordinate returns of old styles to the warehouse, sample sales, or seasonal returns to clients
  • Maintain detailed logs of shipments and proactively resolve any discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, couriers, and clients to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  • Assist with general showroom upkeep, merchandising, and sample management.
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and pick-ups/ returns with stylists and VIP and if necessary, driving to pick-up/ drop-off
  • Support the PR team with showroom appointments and pulls and process sample check-ins and check-outs

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in PR, fashion, or a related field (internship experience is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Launchmetrics or similar inventory management software is preferred.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to lift boxes under 50lbs
