Position Summary
Responsible for coordinating the movement of tools and materials, which may include ductwork, piping, and consumable materials.
Position Details
  • Coordinates deliveries to and from jobsite. Troubleshooting missing deliveries as needed.
  • Schedules resources to facilitate deliveries, including transportation and equipment coordination.
  • Collaborates with project leadership and corresponding departments to integrate logistics with established systems and processes.
  • Communicates issues concerning transportation, logistics process, or customer issues. Works on preventive measures as needed.
  • Provides status reports on a daily or weekly update, which may include visual display of deliveries against project need.

Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Typically requires 0-1 years of related experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good customer service skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
