Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY
The Supervisor, Logistics amp; Warehousing, is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and timely movement of goods. This role provides hands-on leadership to warehouse associates and logistics personnel, ensuring operational processes are executed safely, effectively, and in alignment with company standards. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented and results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively balance team leadership with operational execution
KEY DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations, including receiving, inventory control, order picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing.
  • Lead and direct warehouse associates to ensure productivity, accuracy, and adherence to service level expectations.
  • Assist with Order Guide Maintenance, ensuring that it is updated with the best photos and descriptions – making it easy for parks to understand and order correctly.
  • Receiving and processing orders.
  • Educate each park’s leadership on a continuous improvement approach that will allow them to efficiently manage an on-hand parts inventory at their park.
  • Collaborate with parks on their Attraction Repair and Maintenance requests through ZenDesk. This includes responding in a timely manner, documenting key conversation points, and following through to complete resolution.
  • Systems Management (Smartsheets, SalesForce, Website, Inventory, Purchase/Sales Orders)
  • Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and proper documentation of discrepancies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all Parks and their attractions. This includes detailed schematics.
  • Communicate regularly and professionally with vendors and/or manufacturers to anticipate and minimize any potential supply chain interruptions.
  • Work with Accounting Department on billing and returns.
  • Work with Vendor Partners on KPI’s and recoveries
  • Maintain work schedule conducive to business hours of parks and vendors.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and control costs
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager.
SKILLS amp; QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or GED required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations
  • Experience in Entertainment or Attractions industry a plus!
  • Prior experience with mechanical, facilities, or attraction maintenance a plus!
  • Smartsheet experience preferred.
  • Zendesk or similar experience preferred.
  • Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Maintain a positive, proactive attitude and high degree of flexibility.
  • Proficient in MS Office- Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet operational deadlines.
  • Ability to work for long periods of time at a computer.
  • Ability to walk, bend, twist, climb ladders, and lift up to 50lbs.
