About the Role

Reardon Pallet Company is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Logistics & Transportation Coordinator to manage daily transportation and shipping operations. This role is responsible for coordinating deliveries, customer pickups, drivers, trailers, and shipping activities to ensure efficient operations and outstanding customer service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with both English- and Spanish-speaking employees, and thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate daily deliveries, pickups, and transfers.
  • Communicate schedules and priorities with drivers, production teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Optimize routes and trailer utilization to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve scheduling or service issues.
  • Coordinate trailer availability, dock activity, and inventory movement.
  • Support production and customer commitments through effective logistics planning.
  • Maintain accurate transportation and scheduling records.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
  • Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, shipping, or supply chain coordination preferred.
