Logistics Coordinator - Transportation & Supply Chain

Fall River, MA (Hybrid)

Pay: $25.00+ per hour based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hybrid Schedule:

  • In-office Tuesdays & Thursdays
  • Remote Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Fall River, MA and be able to reliably work onsite two days per week.

Displays2Go is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and supply chain operations.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, communicating with vendors and carriers, and taking ownership of projects from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, dispatch, purchasing, warehouse operations, or customer service who is looking to continue growing their career in logistics.

While transportation experience is helpful, we're willing to train the right person on freight claims, carrier management, transportation auditing, and other transportation-related processes.


What You'll Do
  • Coordinate transportation and logistics activities
  • Track shipments and assist with delivery issue resolution
  • Communicate with carriers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Support freight claims and customer return processes
  • Review invoices and research discrepancies
  • Maintain transportation records and documentation
  • Support reporting and KPI tracking
  • Assist with freight quotes and transportation cost analysis
  • Help identify opportunities to improve service and operational efficiency
  • Take ownership of issues and see them through resolution

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, shipping, supply chain, dispatch, purchasing, warehouse operations, customer service, or related operational roles
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
  • High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with carriers, vendors, transportation providers, or freight companies
  • Experience with shipping, logistics, transportation, dispatch, or distribution operations
  • Experience using ERP, WMS, TMS, or similar systems
  • Experience with Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, or XLOOKUP
  • Associate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
