Job Title: Logistics
Location: Charlotte, NC
Schedule: Monday-Friday- 1st shift (flexibility required to work extended hours as needed)
Salary: $85000- 90,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a growing 3PL (third-party logistics) environment. This role is responsible for managing two shifts, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining strong customer relationships, and overseeing financial performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of leading teams while driving results in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations across two shifts
  • Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and team members
  • Ensure productivity, accuracy, and efficiency in all operational processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer communication and issue resolution
  • Manage and monitor financial performance, including P&L oversight, budgeting, and cost control
  • Review and approve expenses, invoices, and bill payments
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other software to track performance and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning
  • Step in as needed to support overall building operations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of recent operations management experience, preferably in a 3PL or warehouse environment
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Strong computer skills, including experience with WMS, Excel, and general business software
  • Experience managing customer relationships in a logistics or service-based environment
  • Solid understanding of financials, including P&L management, budgeting, and expense control
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs
  • Flexibility to work weekends or extended hours as needed
