We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead freight forwarding operations at our Charlotte branch. This is a hands-on, high-impact leadership role managing air, ocean, import/export, and domestic freight.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily freight operations and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with TSA, FMC, and U.S. Customs regulations
  • Monitor KPIs, service levels, and cost control
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to drive efficiencies
  • Oversee P&L and process improvements

Requirements

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in freight forwarding, with 2+ years in operations leadership
