Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a leading third‑party logistics provider (3PL) offering customized transportation, warehousing, and supply chain solutions throughout North America. Through state‑of‑the‑art technology and an experienced management team, LINC delivers innovative logistics solutions that drive efficiency and value for our customers. Our operation is based in Greer, SC and supports BMW. We manage and operate a high‑volume warehouse environment responsible for sequencing, pick and pack, inventory management, material flow, and production support activities.


Shift Available Operating Schedule: Monday-Friday Shift Hours: 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM


Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop supervisors, team leaders, and hourly employees within a fast‑paced warehouse operation.

  • Manage daily operations to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and customer expectations are met.

  • Monitor labor, productivity, inventory, and key performance metrics to drive operational success.

  • Coach, mentor, and hold employees accountable while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, employee development, and disciplinary actions.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, customer requirements, and safety standards.

  • Partner with customers and senior leadership to resolve operational challenges and support business objectives.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.

  • Analyze operational data and prepare reports related to labor, productivity, quality, and inventory performance.

  • Maintain a strong floor presence and provide hands‑on leadership to support day‑to‑day operations.


The Ideal Candidate Should Possess the Following:

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to effectively lead and communicate with a largely Spanish‑speaking workforce.

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.

  • 3-7 years of leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or production operations.

  • Experience managing supervisors, leads, and hourly employees in a fast‑paced environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and employee development skills.

  • Proven ability to drive accountability, improve performance, and build positive team culture.

  • Experience managing labor, productivity, quality, inventory, and customer service metrics.

  • Strong problem‑solving, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems (WMS).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a hands‑on leadership approach.
