MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Logistician to join our team in Crane, Indiana. This is an onsite position.

 Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Prepares and implements directives to ensure effective logistics support and establishes and enforces standards to ensure that the assigned work force is properly trained and equipped.

  • Develop, initiate, integrate and manage all logistics actions associated with life cycle management of weapon systems, subsystems and equipment.

  • Integrate the spectrum of the logistics processes within the operational, acquisition and wholesale environments.

  • Responsible for directing the integrated logistics process, developing support policies, procedures and systems, and providing implementation guidance.

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting NAVAIR weapons systems in various phases of acquisition with heavy focus on managing the system to and through the Operations and Support phase

  • Experience supporting WXS

 Clearance Requirements:

  •  Must hold an active Secret Clearance

 Physical Requirements:

  •  Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.

  • Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
