Position Overview

In this role, you'll help connect physicians and advanced practice providers with healthcare facilities across the country that need temporary coverage. You'll build relationships, manage the recruitment process from start to finish, and play a key role in helping healthcare organizations meet critical staffing needs.

Responsibilities
- Source, recruit, and engage physicians and advanced practice providers for locum tenens opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Match qualified providers with healthcare facilities based on experience, availability, and client needs
- Guide candidates through the recruitment, credentialing, and placement process
- Conduct phone, email, and virtual outreach to prospective candidates
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within the ATS/CRM
- Meet and exceed recruiting and placement goals
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 1 year of locum tenens recruitment experience required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting candidate outreach
- Self-motivated with a competitive and goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies is a plus
