Job description

Join our team as a client development manager. In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic initiatives to drive business growth by securing direct contracts with healthcare facilities, hospitals, and medical practices. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our locum tenens staffing services by cultivating new relationships and identifying strategic partnership opportunities across the healthcare landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Business Development

  • Identify and engage healthcare facilities in need of locum tenens staffing solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients through direct contracts and strategic outreach.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities to support company growth.

Relationship Management

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
  • Partner with clients to understand their unique staffing needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Strategic Sales Presentations

  • Develop and deliver persuasive presentations tailored to each client, highlighting the unique benefits of our locum tenens services.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition, address objections, and build trust with key decision-makers.

What We're Looking For

  • Exceptional sales talent with a proven ability to build relationships, close deals, and drive revenue growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan, prioritize, and execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
