About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with Barton Associates to find a qualified Trauma Surgery NP in North Carolina!

Our client is seeking a General Surgery Nurse Practitioner for a 90-day assignment in North Carolina, starting Oct 7, 2026. This role involves a Monday to Friday schedule from 7a to 3:30p, focusing primarily on rounding on post-surgical patients and managing in-patient facial trauma consults, including telehealth for outside institutions.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Round primarily (70%) on post-surgical patients on the floor.
  • Handle 30% of in-patient consults for facial trauma.
  • Conduct telehealth consults for facial trauma for outside institutions.
  • Work within a Trauma and Peds Trauma facility.
  • Adhere to a Monday through Friday schedule, 7a to 3:30p.
