  • Cases: Provider must be comfortable with Cardiac, Ortho, Endo, General, Ophthalmology, Vascular, GYN, PEDS, Urology, Acute Pain Mgmt, Trauma (NO OB)
  • Provider must be proficient in Spinals, Epidurals, Blocks
  • Requirements: Active IN License, Must be BC, ACLS, BLS
