Deposit Operations Representative

About the Position
The Operations Representative supports a variety of daily operational functions, including ATM and mobile deposit review, credit card operations, reporting, and departmental support. This position also serves as a backup resource for multiple areas within the department, helping to ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Complete ATM and Mobile Deposit reviews accurately and timely.
• Perform Credit Card Operations functions and related processing activities.
• Monitor ATMs for issues or outages and coordinate resolution efforts as needed.
• Assist the Wire Department with daily processing and support tasks.
• Provide backup support to the Lockbox Department as needed.
• Support daily mail machine operations and processing.
• Complete and maintain daily reports and online processing tasks.
• Complete and maintain monthly reports and online processing tasks.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure operational efficiency and departmental coverage.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with coworkers and management.
