Responsibilities

  • Understand Arke's technology, customer applications, internal processes and procedures, and performance standards.
  • Lead multiple projects in a matrixed environment using SDLC and Agile methodologies, ensuring mission clarity and strategic execution across teams.
  • Guide projects to successful completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, schedule, and organizational standards.
  • Adhere to Arke's established project management processes and maintain complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Lead and support project teams while fostering continuous improvement in delivery processes.
  • Engage in business development activities including RFPs, SOWs, and estimation planning.
  • Perform other functions as required to meet Arke's daily business needs.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Strong presentation, escalation, and solution-providing skills for senior leadership.
  • Five or more years' experience in a Senior Project Manager role (ideally at a digital agency, creative agency, or studio).
  • Proficient in change management, enterprise communication, and training.
  • Technical background preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with hands-on experience managing Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and full website builds in agile environments.
  • Deep knowledge of digital deliverables, UX/UI design, front-end development, SEO, localization, and testing/optimization.
  • Understanding of business principles and operations.
  • Ability to operate at a leadership level or dive into the details as needed.
  • Skills in Microsoft Office tools and project/program management applications.

Preferred Experience

  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience, including PI planning and Scrum facilitation.
  • Experience using professional services platforms such as Kantata for resource and financial planning.
  • Proven ability to lead RFP development, scope definition, and estimation exercises.
  • Certifications like PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist are a strong plus.
