About the Town of Leesburg and Nature of Work Do you want to apply your experience to a cause you can feel good about. The Town of Leesburg is excited to present this opportunity for a Town Manager. This is the Chief Administrative Officer in the Town of Leesburg (estimated 2024 pop.

49,600+). The position is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Town Council in a Council-Manager form of government. The Council is a seven-member elected body composed of a Mayor elected at large serving a two-year term and six Council Members elected at large serving overlapping four-year terms.

The Town Manager in turn provides administrative policy and managerial direction to department directors and staff. The midpoint salary is $260,000 per year dependent upon qualifications and experience.
