Whether guests are checking in or heading to their rooms, you turn ordinary arrivals into extraordinary experiences.
KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Master of First Impressions: Greets guests upon arrival and guides them to the check-in area, ensuring a warm and welcoming first impression.
  • Local Guide Extraordinaire: Offers helpful information about the local town or city whenever guests request it, making their stay more enjoyable and informed.
  • Manners Maestro: Demonstrates training in polite manners and provides efficient customer service to all guests.
  • Accessibility Ally: Assists guests who are physically challenged or have special needs, ensuring comfort and accessibility throughout their visit.
  • Direction Specialist: Provides guests with travel directions and shares other relevant information of interest to hotel visitors.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Welcome to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter hotel, located on the banks of the Ohio River.
