Job Description

- Base Salary, plus Uncapped Commission
- Double commission for referrals and self-generated deals
- Additional Quarterly bonuses offered for our elite performers.

Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Solar experience is a plus, but a strong background in sales is a must (1 year exp. Sales required)
- Confident in face-to-face communication
- Weekend, evening and some holiday hours required
- Dedication to providing consistent and incomparable customer service
- Prior experience generating customer leads preferred
- Experience working with SalesForce or other CRM
- Articulate, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer savvy
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Positive attitude, passionate, competitive and integrity is a must
