In this key supporting role, you'll assist the Sales Manager in evaluating, analyzing, and driving performance across our sales team to meet our established targets.

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in achieving monthly performance goals set by the General Manager. You'll collaborate closely with other departments, helping identify challenges and contributing to solutions.
  • Assisting with training and developing our sales advisor team, enhancing their understanding of building science, energy efficiency improvements, and comprehensive HVAC solutions. You'll help reinforce the view of the home as an integrated system and emphasize energy-efficient HVAC recommendations.
  • Participating in the recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of sales advisors, motivating them to meet and exceed goals.
  • Helping organize and lead weekly sales meetings to discuss strategies, competitive advantages, and effective selling techniques.
  • Preparing and presenting performance reports and insights during weekly management meetings

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in in-home sales; supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Weekend availability required
  • General knowledge of HVAC products, services, and system design is beneficial.
  • Motivated by achieving and surpassing performance goals in a metrics-oriented environment.
  • Capable of analyzing problems, contributing to actionable solutions, and effectively supporting implementation.
  • Highly organized, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and clearly communicate priorities and rationale.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office; CRM system experience is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and committed to professional growth and success.
