Malloy Ford of Alexandria is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team. This role is responsible for driving performance, managing deal flow, coaching sales consultants, and ensuring a consistent, high quality customer experience. The ideal candidate is hands on, organized, and comfortable holding a team accountable while maintaining a positive, ethical sales culture.
