  • Implements comprehensive program plans, integrating risk management strategies and contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure timely delivery of program goals, working under limited supervision.
  • Analyzes program performance metrics and KPIs rigorously, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance program effectiveness over time.
  • Facilitates proactive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Innovates within the program framework by leveraging emerging technologies, industry best practices, and quality improvement methodologies to drive innovation and achieve superior program outcomes.
  • Mentors program team members, providing guidance on quality management principles, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum required Experience:Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master's in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent.
  • Preferred Education:Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.
  • Preferred Certification:Philips PM Practitioner Certification
