Key Responsibilities

• Render evidence-based therapies, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the unique needs of a diverse patient population.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and mental health assessments, effectively collecting client history and relevant information to inform treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions as appropriate, utilizing telehealth platforms to maintain client engagement and adherence.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and record-keeping in accordance with Federal, State, and company regulations, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Provide timely referrals and resources for clients to ensure their ongoing access to comprehensive mental health services.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this full-time remote position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
