Job description

Customer Service Representative – Gig Harbor Collision Center | No Weekends
Fix Auto Gig Harbor, WA | $21–$24/hr | Full-Time

Are you the kind of person who lights up a room? Do you genuinely love making someone's day better, even when they walked in stressed? We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is the warm, energetic, in-person face of our Gig Harbor collision center. You'll be the one greeting customers as they walk in, easing their stress, and making them feel genuinely taken care of from drop-off to pickup. We're not looking for a hard closer or someone pushing add-ons. We're looking for that natural, bubbly, "I've got you" energy that makes a customer walk out saying great things about us, whether that's a five-star review, a referral to a friend, or just coming back next time something happens to their car.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Competitive hourly pay: $21–$24/hr
  • Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm, Friday 8am–3:30pm
  • No weekends
  • Opportunities for career growth and advancement
  • Supportive, team-focused culture
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off and holidays

What You'll Do

  • Be the friendly, welcoming face customers see the moment they walk in
  • Guide customers through the repair process in person, from drop-off to delivery, so they always know what's happening with their vehicle
  • Turn a stressful situation (a damaged car) into a positive experience through genuine warmth and reassurance
  • Handle calls when a customer wants to speak with a real person, or to follow up and finish handling a request
  • Assist with vehicle check-ins, authorizations, and condition reports
  • Encourage happy customers to leave a review or refer a friend, simply by giving them a great experience worth talking about
  • Create and manage repair orders and customer files
  • Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and paperwork
  • Maintain an organized and welcoming front office environment
  • Support billing, invoices, and accounts receivable
  • Collaborate with the production team to keep customers informed and the shop running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • A naturally friendly, upbeat, people-first personality; sales, retail, hospitality, or service industry backgrounds are a great fit
  • Genuine desire to help people, especially during a stressful moment
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

If you love people, thrive on making someone's day, and want to be the reason a customer becomes a loyal fan of our shop, we'd love to meet you. Apply today and bring your energy to our team!
