What Does a Weekend Driver Do?

A weekend driver works shifts on Saturdays and Sundays delivering packages, transporting cargo, or taking passengers to their destination. The specific responsibilities of these part-time jobs depend on the work and the type of vehicle that you drive. If you work as a weekend truck driver, you transport cargo or make deliveries locally. In a courier position, you pick up and deliver documents, packages, or medical equipment. Food delivery drivers transport food from restaurants to customers.
