Paralegal / Legal Operations Coordinator
New Gig Solutions โ€“ Confidential Client
Location: Dallas, TX

New Gig Solutions is partnering with a growing and highly respected law firm seeking a detail-oriented and organized Paralegal / Legal Operations Coordinator to support its Corporate and Advanced Tax Strategies practice groups.

This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with exposure to corporate transactions, estate planning, legal operations, and high-level client interaction. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and comfortable supporting attorneys across a wide variety of legal and operational matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal & Case Management Support

  • Provide day-to-day paralegal support to attorneys across corporate and tax-related matters

  • Assist with drafting legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and case materials

  • Maintain case files, calendars, court deadlines, and document management systems

  • Support discovery, filings, trial preparation, and legal research efforts

  • Communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, and outside advisors as needed

Corporate & Estate Planning Support

  • Prepare corporate governance documents including operating agreements, resolutions, and shareholder materials

  • Assist with transactional closings, document organization, and post-closing binders

  • Support estate planning matters including trusts, deeds, powers of attorney, and ownership transfers

  • Maintain organizational charts and multi-entity asset schedules for clients

Office Operations & Administrative Support

  • Help oversee daily administrative operations of the Dallas office

  • Coordinate scheduling, meetings, calendars, and legal workflow management

  • Assist with billing coordination, file organization, onboarding, and process improvements

  • Serve as a liaison between the Texas office and firm leadership

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a paralegal or legal operations professional preferred

  • Experience supporting corporate, transactional, tax, estate planning, or litigation matters is highly valued

  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

  • Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

  • Comfortable working directly with attorneys, executives, clients, and outside advisors
