As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will hold the following key responsibilities:

• Administer comprehensive clinical assessments to diagnose individual clients accurately and develop personalized Treatment Plans guided by best practices.
• Implement evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each patient's unique experiences and treatment goals.
• Maintain precise clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to relevant legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and additional mental health practitioners, to create coordinated care strategies that optimize patient outcomes.
• Engage in ongoing case reviews and professional development meetings to consistently elevate the quality of care and stay informed on the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment.
• Provide educational resources and support for patients and their families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health issues, treatment strategies, and local support services.

• A master’s degree in social work from an accredited institution.
• A valid and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Connecticut.

While not required, candidates with experience in teletherapy, work with diverse populations, and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be viewed favorably.
