We are seeking a Loan Officer Assistant who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to supporting a high-volume loan officer team. This role is essential to ensuring a smooth client experience from application through closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Loan Officers throughout the loan origination process
  • Collect, review, and organize borrower documentation (income, assets, credit, etc.)
  • Communicate with borrowers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members
  • Assist in managing pipelines, disclosures, and follow-up communication
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, compliance, and professionalism

Qualifications:

Previous mortgage or financial services experience preferred (LOA, Processor, Jr. Processor, or similar)

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple files at once

NMLS LICENSE!

Familiarity with mortgage documents, underwriting conditions, and lending guidelines is a plus

Experience with loan origination software (Encompass, Calyx, Arrive, etc.) is a plus
