Proper training in safe lifting techniques and regular use of equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks can help prevent injuries. Additionally, clear communication with team members and supervisors is crucial for coordinating tasks and avoiding mistakes. Staying organized and attentive to detail can also help manage workload efficiently and ensure that shipments are loaded correctly.

How can I become a loader?

To become a loader, you typically need a high school diploma or equivalent and physical strength to handle heavy materials.
