PACKAGING:

The Packaging Associate is responsible for packaging incoming raw product to finished goods available for web site sales. The performance of this role is judged on the amount of product packaged and received into inventory.

Receive incoming raw production materials including products, boxes, void fill, and literature

Package products according to the supplied Packaging specification sheets

Organize & palletize finished products and send to the warehouse for receipt/release into inventory

Maintain detailed log on products packaged daily

Meet daily production goals set by the direct manager.

LOAD COORDINATOR:

Load Coordinator you will be responsible for scheduling the timely and efficient delivery of our customer's products. You will also be responsible for maintaining shipping documentation, and coordinating with our sales team.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, possess a positive attitude, and a team player who has excellent organizational/time management skills. They will use a hands-on approach and collaborate with our sales team to ensure that our customer's needs are being met.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Dispatch daily orders

Shipping/Receiving administration

Customer service

Coordinate orders between sales and drivers

Edit orders as needed

Print bills of lading and supporting paperwork

Verify quantity and items on bills of lading to pick tickets, noting discrepancies

Create reports

Understand the needs of the customers

Requirements:

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to learn new skills and tasks as needed

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
