Bachoco USA is seeking a Load Coordinator for our Muldrow, OKlocation
Summary: Coordinates loading of outbound loads shipping from Distribution facilities by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Updates load sheet with information provided by sales, transportation, Distribution management, carriers and Distribution Warehouse operators and pullers.
  • Handles phone inquiries pertaining to Distribution operations.
  • Coordinates pulling and loading of trucks in regards to load priorities.
  • Maintains office supplies for all Distribution employees.
  • Performs yard checks with focus on outbound trailers (trailer fuel, temperatures, and trailer seals).

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of E-mail software and Spreadsheet software.
