Position Summary
The LMS Operations & Data Strategist supports global learning operations by managing LMS administration, compliance governance, reporting, data integrity, and stakeholder collaboration. This role analyzes learning data, resolves system issues, and drives process improvements that enhance learner experience, training compliance, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize global LMS operations, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot LMS issues related to learner access, training status, content, and data integrity.
  • Provide Tier 2 support, including root cause analysis and issue resolution.
  • Support Corporate Required Training (CRT) assignments, reporting, and audit readiness.
  • Partner with HR, Legal, IT, business leaders, and global stakeholders on learning initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics to support business decisions and training compliance.
  • Maintain learner records, training assignments, completions, and system integrations.
  • Coordinate course setup, testing, launch, maintenance, and reporting.
  • Create and improve standard work, governance processes, job aids, and best practices.
  • Support learning technology enhancements, process improvements, and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Instructional Design, or related field (or Associate's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration, learning operations, reporting, training analytics, or related areas.
  • Experience supporting compliance training, audit readiness, governance, and learning technologies.
  • Strong reporting and analytics skills with experience building dashboards and metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and data management.
  • Experience managing projects, system integrations, and cross-functional stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining data accuracy and operational excellence.
