LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Curriculum Developer to join our team.
Location: Hurlburt Field, FL
Job Description:
The Curriculum Developer designs, updates, and maintains Special Tactics training curriculum supporting STTS mission requirements. The position works closely with operational instructors to ensure training materials remain current, relevant, and aligned with mission needs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and revise curriculum
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional materials
  • Conduct curriculum reviews
  • Support accreditation and training documentation
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts
  • Ensure instructional effectiveness
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Educational Design or related field
  • Minimum five years of DoD instructional design or curriculum development experience
