LMR Technical Group (LMR) is seeking a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist to join our team.


Location: Vilseck, Germany


Job Description:

Join LMR Technical Group's Human Performance Team Supporting the U.S. Air Force.

LMR Technical Group is seeking Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) to support the 435th Air Ground Operations Wing Human Performance Optimization (HPO) Program in Germany. This position provides embedded performance support to Airmen operating in demanding operational environments with a focus on improving physical readiness, reducing injury risk, enhancing durability, and optimizing mission performance.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement individualized and group strength and conditioning programs
  • Conduct physical readiness assessments and performance evaluations
  • Deliver coaching focused on strength, endurance, mobility, agility, and injury prevention
  • Provide workshops and educational sessions on recovery, performance optimization, and injury prevention
  • Coordinate with Physical Therapists to support return-to-performance activities
  • Support leadership-directed fitness initiatives
  • Provide aggregate trend analysis to leadership regarding physical readiness and performance
  • Other related duties as assigned.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Human Performance, or related field
  • Current NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to obtain and maintain installation access requirements
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting military, tactical, collegiate, or professional athletes
  • Prior Human Performance Optimization (HPO), H2F, POTFF, OHWS, or military performance program experience
  • Experience supporting Air Force, Army, SOF, or Special Warfare populations
  • Previous overseas assignment experience
