Access Center Clinician - Part Time - Afternoons - Jackson
GENERAL SUMMARY
Part Time Benefits Eligible
The Access Center Clinician provides evidence-based care to patients that are mentally ill and/or with substance use disorder in the emergency department and inpatient medical unit settings through clinical assessment, coordination of care, and disposition planning. The Access Center Clinician Collaborates as a multidisciplinary team to effectively treat and care for this patient population.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) or Counseling (LPC)
  • Behavioral health experience preferred; crisis intervention preferred
    CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURES REQUIRED
  • Full licensure as an LMSW OR LPC OR Limited licensure as an LLMSW OR LLPC
  • Must obtain full licensure upon 12 months of completing 4,000 supervised hours in a full-time status
  • Must sit for and pass The State Board after acquiring 4,000 hours of supervised social work experience
