Summary: The Xtream Salesperson is responsible for increasing vehicle sales for the dealership by generating sales leads through proper utilization of the Xtream software solution targeting previous customers.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
  • Meets dealership sales goals
  • Run daily scrubs to generate effective leads for both the New and Used Sales departments, as well as the Finance department.
  • Greet customers in the Service Drive daily and determine if there are any Xtream opportunities with scheduled service customers' vehicles.
  • Engages in business development
  • Addresses customer concerns
  • Demonstrate effective follow up and follow through with customers.
  • Utilize the Xtream database to prepare marketing materials for customers.
  • Prepare Xtream reports and metrics as requested.
  • Works closely with sales team, Sales Managers and Service Manager
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area
  • Participates in required training
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrates the Company's Core Values
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
