Superintendent for all aspects of high-end residential construction, who possesses knowledge in all trades including, but not limited to, code compliance, interior and exterior layout, structural and interior framing, concrete placement, trusses, roof assembly and waterproofing. Additionally, the applicant must have documented experience and advanced knowledge of major trades, to oversee the coordination and installation of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and low voltage trades. Knowledgeable with on-site supervision of a wide range of complex interior finishes, including intricate millwork and stone finishes, all carpentry disciplines, elaborate with all trades in the field.
Basic Computer and Mobile skills is required.
Must be able to communicate proficiently verbally and electronically, including email.
Critical Path Scheduling is highly desirable.

Education:

5 Years of experience in construction
Bachelors degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field equivalent experience
List of all applicable licenses and certifications
level of competency with the operation of heavy equipment.
If OSHA regulations and provide certification level of OSHA compliance achieved
Able to work 2 Saturdays a month when needed.
