Because they live on-site, they are often available to address emergencies and urgent issues promptly. This role is essential in apartment buildings, condominiums, and sometimes commercial properties, ensuring smooth operations and tenant satisfaction.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a live in superintendent?

To thrive as a Live In Superintendent, you need strong knowledge of building maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical repair, and relevant experience in property management.
