Lawrence, Indiana | Opening Late Summer 2026
Comfort Option is expanding!
This summer, Comfort Option is opening a brand new brick-and-mortar experience at The Corner - Lawrence's newest retail development, located within walking distance of Fort Benjamin Harrison. We're looking for energetic, customer-focused team members to help us create an exceptional shopping experience and introduce customers to products designed to help them rest, relax, and live more comfortably.
If you enjoy helping people, love creating exceptional customer experiences, and are energized by the excitement of launching something new, we'd love to meet you!

You'll:
  • Welcome and engage customers with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Help customers find solutions that fit their comfort, lifestyle, and budget needs
  • Learn and share the story behind Comfort Option and our products
  • Create an inviting, organized, and visually appealing showroom environment

  • Genuinely enjoy helping others
  • Communicate confidently and professionally
  • Take initiative and solve problems
  • Are dependable and self-motivated
  • Thrive in a team environment
  • Are excited to learn and grow

Retail, hospitality, customer service, and sales experience are all helpful-but not required.

  • Days
  • Evenings
  • Weekends
  • Occasional holidays

We'll work to create schedules that support both the needs of the business and the lives of our team members.
Why Join Us?
  • Be part of something new - We're building this showroom from the ground up
  • Make your mark - Shape the experience before the doors even open
  • Work that Matters - Work with products that genuinely change how people live
  • Grow with us - We love to develop and promote from within
  • Competitive pay and benefits for eligible team members
