What is a senior summer?

A 'Senior Summer' typically refers to a summer program or experience designed specifically for high school seniors, usually the summer after their junior year or before they start their senior year. These programs often provide opportunities for academic enrichment, college preparation, internships, or travel experiences. The goal is to help students prepare for college applications, gain new skills, and explore potential career interests. Senior Summers can also refer to special activities or trips organized for graduating high school seniors before they begin college or enter the workforce.

What are the typical responsibilities and expectations for a senior summer associate in a consulting firm?

You will often collaborate closely with consultants, managers, and partners, contributing to problem-solving sessions and strategic recommendations. The role typically requires strong communication, project management, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt quickly to new industries and client needs.
