Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, seafood sourcing systems, and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) protocols is typically required. These skills are crucial for delivering high-quality seafood dishes consistently, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring client satisfaction in a residential or hospitality setting.

What are Live In Seafood Chefs?

Live In Seafood Chefs are culinary professionals who specialize in preparing and cooking seafood dishes and reside on-site at their employer's location, such as private homes, resorts, or yachts.
