What is a Live In Remote Cardiac Rehab specialist?

A Live In Remote Cardiac Rehab specialist is a healthcare professional who provides cardiac rehabilitation services to patients recovering from heart-related conditions, but does so remotely, often through telehealth platforms. They design personalized exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle programs tailored to each patient's needs, monitor progress, and offer support while the patient remains in their own home or a non-hospital setting. This approach increases accessibility for patients who may not be able to attend in-person rehab sessions, ensuring they still receive comprehensive cardiac care and support for recovery.

To thrive as a Live In Remote Cardiac Rehab Specialist, you need a background in exercise physiology, cardiac care, patient assessment, and a relevant healthcare degree or certification such as ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist or RN licensure. Strong communication, motivation, and empathy are crucial for engaging patients and supporting their recovery in a remote setting.
