We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our nursing team. This role is responsible for providing direct patient care, conducting nursing assessments, administering medications, and supporting individuals receiving behavioral health and substance use treatment services.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Conduct nursing assessments and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
* Monitor, assess, and document patient health status, vital signs, and treatment progress.
* Perform admission and triage assessments to determine the appropriateness of treatment services.
* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders, nursing standards, and company policies.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.
* Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, therapists, and other members of the treatment team.
* Participate in treatment planning and support continuity of care.
* Monitor medication administration practices and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.
* Maintain patient and staff safety through adherence to infection control, medication management, and safety protocols.
